Booking and Payment
Booking
To book a holiday with us, please follow these 4 simple steps:
- EMAIL to request a booking form for the holiday you wish to confirm.
- COMPLETE and send booking form to us with a deposit of 20% of the total value of the holiday. This deposit is non refundable.
- RECEIVE an acknowledgment of your deposit and a copy of all your travel arrangements and itinerary which we will MAIL to you upon receipt of the deposit and the completed booking form. Your holiday is now confirmed.
- SETTLE the remaining balance at least 60 days prior to the holiday commencing. Note: if a booking is made less than 60 days prior to the holiday commencing, then payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Payment
Payment can be made by choosing one of the following methods:
- Direct bank (telegraphic) transfer: please email for details.
- Personal cheque: please make cheques payable to "BELLASARDINIA".
- Credit card: you can make a secure online credit card payment via PayPal. Payment by Credit Card payment is subject to a 2% administration fee.
Our preferred method of payment is by direct bank (telegraphic) transfer as it allows us to keep our banking costs down, which is important for a small business like ours.
Terms & Conditions
A hard copy of the following terms and conditions is available upon request and is always sent with the booking form.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend protecting yourself with travel insurance. We will be happy to help with suggestions.
Cancellations
Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days of the holiday commencing will result in the loss of 50% of the holiday price. Cancellations received within 30 days of the holiday commencing will result in the loss of the full holiday price. We strongly recommend taking out trip cancellation insurance.
Not Included
Airfares, insurance, additional excursions not outlined in itineraries, personal expenses (unless otherwise noted on a specific itinerary).
Limitation of Liability
BellaSardinia.com assumes no responsibility for any injury, inconvenience, delay, inclement weather, damage or loss to any persons, resulting from theft, fire, accidents, cancellations or any other occurrence over which BellaSardinia.com has no control.
