Accommodation
We provide a varied choice of hand-picked accommodation to suit every budget. We steer clear of the typical accommodation found in most holiday brochures, as we are convinced that our guests, just like us, prefer to stay in country farmhouse, friendly bed and breakfast and small family-run hotel that retain the personal touch and give you a flavour of the local culture.
Our selection criteria may result in losing some modern comforts such as mini-bars or cable TV, however, we feel that our properties offer something more special: stunning locations, homely atmosphere, extremely hospitable hosts and delicious home cooking using only the freshest local ingredients. We know because we have stayed and eaten in all of them and are confident that you will find them all equally as comfortable, practical and accommodating as we did.
As long as you let us know what factors are important to you, we will ensure that the accommodation we book is the right one for you. We have covered huge distances, through narrow country lanes and city side streets, to find the smaller family-run accommodation that we believe will better fit into the character of your holiday and be a unique place to call home, if only for a short time.
Here are just a sample of the properties we have discovered:
